Built on the firm foundation of the Word of God and the love of Jesus Christ, Dunmor Homeschool Cooperative seeks to support homeschooling families by providing an encouraging Christian community and educational opportunities with a biblical worldview.

Meet the Board!

Danielle Brandt

Melissa Sitz and her husband have 6 children ages 12-30 and five grandchildren. She has been a member of Dunmor Baptist Church for 25 years and has served in various youth ministries in that time. Besides volunteering at the co-op and church, she is a respiratary therapist working in the Emergency Department at a local hospital, where she enjoys caring for patients and their families.

Through the years Sara Moore has been involved with both children’s and teen ministries. She has had the privilege of directing church camps as well. She jokes about wearing whatever ministry “hat” she needed to wear as a minister‘s wife (kids min., women’s min., Sunday School, etc) but her favorite place to serve is as wife to Matt and Mama to their precious son. She enjoys reading true stories and learning new things about cooking. She aspires to one day write a book; maybe a Bible study and/or children’s book.

Jill Crowder is a mother of 3. She has

worked in children's ministries for over 20

years and spent 11 years in childcare. Since retiring from childcare, Ms. Jill now writes Christian books and curriculums. She also creates YouTube videos under the name "Jesus Stories with Jolly". Ms. Jill teaches the "Beginning Readers" class and also serves as the DHS treasurer. She enjoys outside time on her small farm, crocheting, and spending time

with her family.

Tiffany is the mom of 4, ages 13-27.

Her family moved to Kentucky in 2021.

She has worked in the nursery in their church in Greenville for the past 2 years. She is studying to be a nurse and hopes to graduate in December of 2025. In the past she has taught Sunday School ages 3-4, and Awana Puggles ages 18mo - 2 at her previous church where she also worked in the preschool for 13 years teaching 3 year olds. The first year of DHC, she taught lifeskills and became the liaison between the teens and the co-op as well as overlooking the teen club/student

council. In her spare time she

loves to read and travel.

Joanna Crick is a mom of 5, and a part time home health nurse. She has taught Sunday School, served as a teacher assistant, and is now the Pre-K teacher and school nurse at DHC. She enjoys making butter and cheese from fresh farm milk, singing, and hanging with family and friends.
